The dough

  • cottage cheese - 180 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - 6 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

The filling:

  • chicken fillet
  • mushrooms
  • onion
  • sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • hard cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese with egg, baking powder, flour, mix, add spices. Then knead the dough by hand.

2. Form the sausage and cut into equal pieces. Put the dough on a baking sheet, shape into baskets with your hands, pierce with a fork and bake for 5-7 minutes.

3. Filling: finely chop the chicken, mushrooms, and onions. Heat the butter in a frying pan, fry the fillet, mushrooms and onions until tender, add sour cream, spices, and mix.

4. Take out the baskets, put the prepared filling, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
