If you don't like pizza and pies but want to make a delicious, hearty, and quick dish that will be a great alternative to bread, make salty cinnabons with vegetable filling and sausages.
Cook Anastasia (anny.cooking ) shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious yeast dough cinnabons with a delicious filling that you can prepare in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- flour - 500-600 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc.
- yeast - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- warm milk - 100 ml
- warm water - 150 ml
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
Filling:
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- olives - 100 g
- sausages - 6-8 pcs.
- Raw mozzarella - 150-200 g
- ketchup - 2 tbsp
- oregano - 2 pinches
- an egg for lubrication
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, except for the oil. Combine them together, knead the dough, add the oil, knead the dough until smooth and leave it for 30-40 minutes to rise.
2. Filling: chop the ingredients.
3. Divide the prepared dough into 2 parts, roll each into a rectangle, brush with ketchup, put half of the filling, roll the dough into a roll, and pinch the edges.
4. Cut the roll into 9-10 pieces, put out the parchment and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
5. Brush the top with a beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
