Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 500 g
- minced meat - 250 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- cheese - 100 g
- mushrooms - 200 g
- butter - 30 g
- salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes and put it in the pan. Fry until it turns brown.
3. Wash and chop the mushrooms, add them to the onions and fry over medium heat for 7 minutes.
4. Then add the minced meat, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Defrost the dough and roll it out 0.5 cm thick.
6. Put the filling inside together with a slice of cheese and gently cover with another piece of dough to form a triangle. Pinch the edges with a fork.
7. Brush with a beaten egg, place on a baking sheet and bake at 210-220 C for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the hot samosa with grated cheese and serve!
