Ingredients:

• cottage cheese - 300 g

• flour - 300 g
• sugar - 60 g

• vanilla sugar - 10 g
• eggs - 3 pcs.

• salt - a pinch
• baking powder - 10 g
• powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth.

2. Add the cottage cheese to the mixture and beat for another 1 minute.

3. Sift the flour, add the baking powder and knead the dough.

4. Sprinkle the table surface with flour, divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls with your hands.
