Ingredients:
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- onion - 150 g.
- carrots - 100 g.
- potatoes - 300 g.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- water - 1.2 liters
- salmon fillet - 200 g.
- broccoli - 90 g.
- cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- cream 10% - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions and carrots.
2. Add the potatoes.
3. Add the spices.
4. Pour in the water.
5. When the vegetables are ready, add the fish, broccoli, tomatoes and cream at room temperature.
6. Cook for another 10-15 minutes over low heat.
