Better than Olivier and without mayonnaise: delicious chicken and pineapple salad
The easiest dish for a festive dinner and for every day is homemade salads. You can make them from various vegetables, seafood, meat, and herbs. For dressing, it is best not to use mayonnaise, which will "kill" the taste and flavor of the ingredients, but, for example, add yogurt or oils.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious no-mayonnaise salad with fillet, eggs, pineapple on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- boiled or smoked fillet - 600 g
- pineapple - 1 can
- corn - 1 can
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- white yogurt - 4-5 tbsp
- grain mustard - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the fillet along with the eggs and pineapples.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. For the sauce, mix yogurt with mustard, pepper and salt. Stir.
4. Assemble the salad: put all the ingredients in a bowl, add corn, season with the sauce and mix.
