A salad with caviar will look truly festive and impressive on a festive table. It can be served in a bowl with all the ingredients in layers. Salmon, hard cheese, and boiled potatoes go well with caviar.
The idea of preparing a festive salad with red caviar was published on the page of food blogger Yulia Symonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk) on Instagram. It is dressed with mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- lightly salted salmon - 150 g
- caviar - 100 g
- boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs;
- hard cheese - 120-150 g
- green onions - a bunch
- mayonnaise - a few tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the chopped salmon on the bottom of the salad bowl and add a little onion.
2. Lubricate lightly with mayonnaise.
3. Next, put the grated boiled potatoes and make a grid out of mayonnaise.
4. Add caviar.
5. Put the grated egg and mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
6. Add mayonnaise again and garnish with caviar. If desired, add some herbs.
