Eggplants are ideal vegetables for preparing various tasty, hearty dishes, including not only salads, but also delicious sauces and caviar. Eggplants can also be pickled, salted, and canned.

Nutritionist Svitlana Levitskaya shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, spicy eggplant pate with garlic and nuts, which is very satisfying and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant - 3 pcs.
  • Garlic - a head
  • Ground nuts - 100 g
  • Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
  • Cilantro or parsley - a bunch
  • Salt, pepper, oil - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the eggplants and bake for about 25 minutes at 200 C.

2. Bake the garlic as well.

3. Blend the nuts in a blender.

3. Remove the flesh from the cooked eggplant, add the nuts, spices, garlic, blend with a blender and add the chopped herbs, mix well.

4. Season with oil and serve.
