- lard - 1 kg.
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt and spices
Method of preparation:
1. Skin the lard and cut into thin strips.
2. Add chopped onion, carrot, egg and salt and spices, mix well.
3. Cut open the baking sleeve.
4. Place the lard on the edge and roll up into a roll.
5. Tie edges.
6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
7. After baking, immediately place under a wick for 30 minutes, then send to the refrigerator for a few hours.
