Ingredients:
- potatoes
- garlic
- herbs
- salt, spices to taste (you can do without them)
- oil (odorless)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into quarters, and boil in salted water until half cooked.
2. Drain and dry slightly.
3. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with spices and mix well.
4. Put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.
5. Wash the greens and chop them together with the garlic.
6. Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with the herbs and garlic and mix.
Serve the dish hot!
