Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- buckwheat - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- cheese - 70 g
- parsley, dill - a bunch
Ingredients for the sauce:
- water - 200 ml
- tomato paste - 4 tbsp
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- smoked paprika - a pinch
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots and fry everything in vegetable oil.
2. Boil the buckwheat.
3. Add the buckwheat, roast, egg, grated cheese, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
4. For the sauce, combine water, tomato paste, sour cream, and spices and mix well.
5. Form the cutlets with wet hands, put them in a baking dish and pour the sauce over. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
