Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- mushrooms - 150 g
- cream cheese - 40 g
- hard cheese - 60 g
- natural yogurt - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the mushrooms in a dry frying pan.
2. Add cream cheese, yogurt, half of the grated cheese, herbs and spices.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Cut the meat into thin slices.
5. Punch down and put the filling, wrap in rolls.
6. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
7. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
