Better than cheesecakes: a lush cottage cheese casserole with berries for breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal that experts recommend not only not to skip, but also to make it balanced and tasty. It is best to eat eggs, and cottage cheese, as well as porridge with milk and water, and sandwiches with fish, greens, and cheeses for breakfast.
Cook Viktoriia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, lush, cottage cheese casserole with berries that will taste better than cheesecakes.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- fat cream or sour cream – 6-8 tbsp
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- semolina – 3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- salt – a pinch
- fresh or frozen berries
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 110 C.
2. The base for the dish: combine all the ingredients except the berries and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the berries into the dough and mix.
4. Put the finished mass into a greased baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 110 C for 30 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 180 and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
