Better than cheesecake: cottage cheese and strawberry dessert in 5 minutes
Summer is the perfect time to make delicious, light desserts with berries and fruits. They are all perfect for making ice cream, pies, lemonades and smoothies.
Cook Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for a delicious no-bake cottage cheese and strawberry dessert on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 5-9% cottage cheese - 300 g
- natural yogurt - 300 g
- water - 100 ml
- gelatin - 15 g
- powdered sugar - 2.5 tbsp
- strawberries - 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour cold water over gelatin and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put the cottage cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar in a blender and beat until smooth.
3. Put the gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take it out and mix. Add the gelatin to the curd mass and mix again.
4. Cover the muffin tin with foil, grease with oil, pour 1/2 of the curd mass, put the berries on top (do not cut them, choose small ones; you can use any berry, not just strawberries), and pour the curd mass on top again.
5. Refrigerate the dessert for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Remove the film from the finished dessert, put more berries on top, and serve.
