Apple pie is a great dessert for a family tea party. The fruit caramelizes in the oven and becomes very juicy. And crispy shortcrust pastry is perfect for the base.

Ingredients for the dough:
- flour - 200 g
- powdered sugar - 40 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- butter - 100 g
- a pinch of salt
- eggs - 1 pc.

- apples - 4-5 pcs.

- butter - 30 g
- cinnamon - 0.5-1 tsp.

- condensed milk - 200 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- corn starch - 35 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the sifted flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix.
2. Roll the well-chilled butter in the flour and grate it, then grind it into crumbs. Then add the egg and knead the dough.
3. Transfer to a baking dish (28 cm in diameter) and spread it over the dish with your hands, forming the sides.
4. Make punctures in the dough with a fork, put in the refrigerator.
5. Peel the apples, remove the center, and cut them into slices.
6. Pour sugar into a preheated frying pan, melt until amber in color.
7. Add a piece of chilled butter, stir until completely dissolved and combined.
8. Add the apples, the caramel may become lumpy, but the apples will give juice and it will melt completely.
9. Caramelize the apples for 7 minutes over high heat, add cinnamon at the end.
10. Put the apples in the dough pan and put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.While the cake is baking for the first time, mix sour cream, condensed milk, and starch.
11. Take out the cake, pour the filling and put it back in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
12. Remove and cool.
