One of the most delicious potato dishes is gratin. You can cook it with vegetables, delicious sauces, and herbs, and it will be an ideal option for a delicious lunch and even dinner.

Gratin recipe

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 6 pcs
Mushroom and cream sauce
  • mushrooms – 6-8 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc
Mushrooms for making gratin
  • cream – 200 ml
  • hard cheese – 60-80 g
  • Suneli hops, pepper, garlic
Spices for the dish
  • frying oil
  • green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and boil the whole potatoes.

2. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the mushrooms and simmer until tender – about 2-3 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

4. Cut the cooked potatoes into rings, put them in a baking dish, pour the mushroom sauce with cream, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
