Better than cake: caramel honey roll with raspberries and chocolate for every day
If you want to make a simple but delicious dessert that tastes as good as cakes, choose rolls. They can be made from different doughs and with completely different fillings. Honey, nuts, chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, and berries will add a very pleasant taste to the dessert.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 70 g
- liquid honey - 180 g
- sugar - 70 g
- flour - 240 g
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- oil - 30 ml
For the cream:
- fat sour cream - 400 g
- boiled condensed milk - 220 g
- thickener - 1 package
The filling:
- raspberries - 100 g
- chocolate - 10-15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: beat the eggs at room temperature with sugar for 5-7 minutes to make a light fluffy mass. Add butter, and honey and mix with a mixer at low speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous (2-3 minutes).
2. Add the sifted flour and baking soda to the mixture in several stages, and mix the dough with a whisk.
3. Put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for 13 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 C. Let the finished cake cool.
4. Cream: whip the chilled sour cream and condensed milk for 2 minutes. Add the thickener and mix with a whisk, leave for 3-4 minutes and whisk again until thick and dense.
5. Spread the cream over the roll, and top with raspberries and finely chopped chocolate. Let the cake soak for about 10 minutes and then wrap it in the roll.
Spread the remaining cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate or cookie crumbs.
6. Put the roll in the refrigerator to soak and serve it for tea!
