Better than cake: appetizer liver rolls with a quick filling
The liver is an ideal product for making savory cakes, pancakes, and dumpling fillings, and it can also be used to make cutlets, pates, warm salads, or simply fried with onions and cream.
Cook Yuliia shared a recipe for delicious appetizer liver rolls with carrots and onions on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- liver (any) – 400 g
- milk – 200 ml
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 3 tbsp
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, cut off all the excess, put it in a blender, pour in the milk, add the egg, flour, salt, and beat until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
3. Fry grated carrots and onions, add chopped garlic and herbs, mayonnaise, spices, salt, and mix.
4. Put the filling on the pancakes, roll them up and serve.
