Chef Tati Chudinova shared a recipe for a delicious, light salad with fillet, grapefruit, and spicy sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- salad mix
- chicken fillet fried in spices
- cherry tomatoes
- mozzarella cheese
- grapefruit
Sauce:
- grapefruit juice (from one slice)
- honey - 20 g
- grain mustard - 20 g
- balsamic sauce/vinegar - 20 g
- salt and pepper
- olive oil - 60 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken fillet with spices and salt, let it cool, and cut it.
2. Chop the cherry tomatoes and peeled grapefruit.
3. Cut the mozzarella randomly.
4. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.
5. Put all the ingredients on a dish, pour the sauce over and serve.
