Homemade salad with simple ingredients

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • salad mix
  • chicken fillet fried in spices
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mozzarella cheese
  • grapefruit

Sauce:

  • grapefruit juice (from one slice)
  • honey - 20 g
  • grain mustard - 20 g
  • balsamic sauce/vinegar - 20 g
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil - 60 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the chicken fillet with spices and salt, let it cool, and cut it.
