Better than boiled: how to cook delicious pan-fried dumplings
Not only can dumplings be boiled deliciously, but they can also be fried. It will also be much faster. For this recipe, you will need cream cheese and soy sauce.

Ingredients:
- butter – 20 g
- dumplings – 600 g
- cream cheese – 180 g
- soy sauce – 60 g
- salt and pepper – to taste
- herbs – to taste
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the dumplings (frozen).
2. Fry the dumplings, stirring frequently, until golden, about 7 minutes.
3. Add cream cheese and soy sauce.
4. Stir a little and pour in boiling water. Pour so as not to completely cover the dumplings.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, but remember that the soy sauce has already added saltiness.
6. Cover and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
