Better than boiled: fried dumplings with a crispy crust in 10 minutes
Dumplings are a tasty, simple and satisfying dish based on any meat with onions and spices. But the most important thing is to make the right dough so that it doesn't get clogged. It's worth noting that dumplings can not only be boiled but also fried.

Ingredients:
- dumplings - 0.5 kg
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- butter - 20 g
- water - 100 ml
- salt, pepper and herbs - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil and butter.
2. Put the dumplings in, close the lid and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Then remove the lid, stir them and fry until golden brown. Then stir again.
4. Pour the water in, stir and simmer under the lid closed until the water has completely evaporated.
5. Then open and mix well again. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped herbs.
