Brownies are one of the most delicious and flavorful desserts for tea. The preparation of the dish is very simple, you just need to make a good dough from chocolate, flour, and eggs. It is worth noting that berries and fruits can dilute the too-sweet taste of the dessert, which can be safely added to the dough.
Cook Iryna Tymoshchuk shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and successful homemade brownie that takes only 30 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate – 180 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Sugar – 150 g
- Flour – 100 g
- Cocoa – 30 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or a water bath.
2. Mix the eggs with sugar, beat with a whisk for 2-3 minutes, then pour this mixture into the chocolate and butter in a thin stream, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from curdling due to the temperature difference.
3. Sift the cocoa, flour, and baking powder into the mixture and mix until smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
5. Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with parchment.
6. Pour in the batter and bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
It's worth noting that you can also add cherries, raspberries, or other berries and fruits to the dough, which will be delicious.
