Better than any cake: pear tart with almonds and honey for tea
If you want to make a delicious, light dessert without heavy dough, it is best to use light phyllo dough, which goes well with any fillings, both salty and sweet. When choosing summer fruits for making pies, pay attention to pears, choose only firm, not overripe ones.
