Ingredients:
- raspberries - 300 g
- pitted cherries - 100 g
- blueberries - 100 g
- strawberries - 200 g
- blackberries - 100 g
- sweet pear without skin - 2 pcs.
- oatmeal - 180 g
- starch - 80-90 g
- honey - 60 g
- almond flakes - 60 g
- butter - 60 g
- mint - a sprig
Method of preparation:
- Put all the berries in a large bowl, add the chopped pear, and starch, mix everything thoroughly, and add the mint.
- For the dough: mix the oatmeal with honey, almond flakes, and soft butter, and rub everything well until crumbs form.
- Be sure to take a one-piece, heat-resistant mold, do not grease, immediately put the berries, smooth them well with a spoon, and put the oatmeal crumbs on top.
- Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 C, making sure that the crumble does not dry out.
The finished dish is best served hot, with a scoop of delicious ice cream.
