Beet salad with mayonnaise: tastier than Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• beets - 2 pcs
• eggs - 3 pcs
• hard cheese - 100 g
• garlic - 3 cloves
• mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
• spices: salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and cool the beets and eggs.

2. Grate all the ingredients on a coarse grater.

3. Squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise

4. Add spices.

5. Mix everything well.
