It is best to cook kebabs from pork, as this meat will make them very juicy and soft. It is important to make a good marinade when cooking kebabs, which will add juiciness to the meat.

The chef shared a recipe for a delicious kebab on Instagram, the marinade for which is made with beer.

Ingredients:

  • Pork meat - 1 kg
  • Yellow onion - 3 pcs.
  • Smoked paprika - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Allspice - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Marjoram - 0.5 tbsp
  • Thyme - 0.5 tbsp.
  • Unfiltered beer - 0.6 liters.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium pieces, add chopped onion, add spices.

2. Pour in the beer and mix, cover with cling film and marinate for a day.

3. Cook on the coals until tender.
