BBQ ribs: how to cook meat so that it melts in your mouth
Pork ribs cooked according to this recipe don't even need to be chewed. They are so tender and juicy at the same time that they literally melt in your mouth.
Once you try it, you'll never cook ribs the same way again. That's what food blogger Alex Mil says, who shared a recipe for pork ribs in BBQ sauce on his Instagram.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1-1.2 kg
- Strong mustard - 100-150 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mix of spices for meat
Ingredients for the sauce
- Liquid honey - 120 g
- BBQ sauce
Method of preparation
1. Wash the ribs, peel off the film and brush with a generous layer of mustard.
2. Add salt, pepper and spices to the meat. Rub the ribs on both sides and put them in the fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours.
3. Take the ribs out of the fridge, wrap them in foil, and put them in the oven to bake at 160C for 2.5-3 hours.
4. Take the ribs out of the foil, brush them generously with the sauce, and put them back in the oven for 15 minutes at 210 degrees, but on grill mode.
5. Take out the ribs, turn them over, brush with the sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
