Food blogger Katia Mull shared on Instagram a recipe for Basque cheesecake in 30 minutes for a delicious breakfast, which will have an unusual crust and a very pleasant vanilla flavor.

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese, mascarpone – 400 g
  • cream 30% – 200 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • powdered sugar – 100 g
  • salt – a pinch
  • vanilla – 10 g
  • corn starch – 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add vanilla, salt, and beat until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and cream to the fluffy cottage cheese mixture, mix thoroughly, and add the starch, then mix again.
  3. Grease the mold with butter, pour in the batter, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 230 C.
  4. The finished cheesecake will have a burnt crust, and this is normal, take it out, leave it to cool at room temperature, then you can eat it right away, but it will be a little loose and liquid, or leave it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours to set well.
