Food blogger Katia Mull shared on Instagram a recipe for Basque cheesecake in 30 minutes for a delicious breakfast, which will have an unusual crust and a very pleasant vanilla flavor.
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, mascarpone – 400 g
- cream 30% – 200 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- powdered sugar – 100 g
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla – 10 g
- corn starch – 10 g
Method of preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add vanilla, salt, and beat until smooth.
- Add eggs and cream to the fluffy cottage cheese mixture, mix thoroughly, and add the starch, then mix again.
- Grease the mold with butter, pour in the batter, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 230 C.
- The finished cheesecake will have a burnt crust, and this is normal, take it out, leave it to cool at room temperature, then you can eat it right away, but it will be a little loose and liquid, or leave it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours to set well.
