Basic zucchini rolls in a pan: what to put inside
Zucchini rolls are a very simple summer appetizer. You can wrap any kind of filling in vegetable slices. For example, it would be a great idea to put minced meat, as well as mayonnaise and lots of cheese.
The idea of making juicy zucchini rolls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Kharchyshina (irisha redko). This dish will be a great addition to the festive table.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper
- breadcrumbs
- egg - 1 pc
- minced chicken - 200 g
- mozzarella - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a knife or paring knife.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the minced meat on top, season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Roll it up.
6. Beat the egg and roll the zucchini in it, and then in the breadcrumbs.
7. Fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil on all sides until cooked.
