In addition to pancakes, zucchini can be used to make another delicious dish – a roll. Just grate the vegetable, and it will be a great base for the dough used to make pancakes. They, in turn, should be supplemented with a delicious filling. The roll is very satisfying and will definitely be enough for the whole family.

The idea of making a delicious zucchini roll was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna (food_1333).

Ingredients:

  • squeezed zucchini - 350 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • flour - 130 g
  • cheese - 50 g
  • salt, spices

Ingredients for the filling:

  • cream cheese - 175 g
  • fried mushrooms - 150 g
  • tomatoes - 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients for the roll, spread on parchment, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. Take out of the oven, spread with cream cheese, put mushrooms and tomato.

3. Roll it up, let it cool, wrap it in cling film, and put it in the fridge for an hour to let all the flavors meld.

4. You can use any filling.

5. Use siliconized parchment, if you have regular parchment, grease it with vegetable oil.
