Basic sausage patties in a hurry: fried in a frying pan
The dough takes the most time to prepare this dish. It needs to be well infused, loose, and elastic. And you just need to wrap the purchased sausages in the middle.
The idea of making quick sausage pies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuliia Mikulich (yuliia_mikulich). It is convenient to take to work or give your child to school.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 150 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- sugar – 1/2 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- baking powder – 2 tsp.
- soda – 1/4 tsp
- wheat flour – 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine sour cream, egg, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a deep bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
3. Then add the flour in parts.
4. While the dough is still liquid, mix it in the bowl. When it forms a sticky ball, transfer the dough to a floured work surface.
5. Knead a soft, pleasant and slightly sticky dough, adding flour a little at a time. You may need a little more or less flour.
6. Put the dough in a bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.
7. Put the filling.
8. Divide the dough into 8-9 equal parts. Add flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll each part into a ball.
9. Roll out each ball, put the filling in the center, and form pies.
10. Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil.
11. Fry the patties on low heat on both sides until golden brown.
12. Put the finished pies on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
