Basic pizza in a pan in minutes: how to make a simple dough
To avoid the hassle of baking a pizza for a long time, cook this dish in a skillet. For the base, you need to make a basic kefir dough. It turns out to be quite elastic and rolls out perfectly.
The idea of making a quick pan pizza was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galina with the nickname reeixit. You can choose the toppings to your liking.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- kefir or ayran - 200 ml (always at room temperature)
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp without a slide
- flour - 340 g
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- toppings to taste: tomato sauce or ketchup for lubrication, cheese, sausage, etc.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough.
2. Knead the sticky dough.
3. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
4. Grease the countertop and hands with oil.
5. Divide the dough into 3 or 4 pieces.
6. Roll out thin cakes and bake on a dry, preheated frying pan, covered, for about 5 minutes until reddened.
7. Turn the cake over and brush it with the sauce.
8. Put the filling and cheese on top.
9. Cover and bake for another 5 minutes.
