Basic pita bread strudel: 5 ingredients are needed
One of the easiest desserts to make with apples is strudel. You don't even need to knead the dough for it, because pita bread is perfect for the base. To make it elastic, it needs to be greased with yogurt.

Ingredients:
- 5 small or 3 large apples
- pita bread – 100 g
- natural yogurt – 100 g
- chopped walnuts (any other kind is fine) – 50 g
- honey – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into small pieces.

2. Transfer to a non-stick frying pan, add 100 ml of water (you can also add cinnamon), and simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
3. Next, take the pita bread and spread it with natural yogurt.
