Ingredients:
- potatoes – 4 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 0.5 pcs
- thighs – 6 pcs
- cheese – 150 g
- mayonnaise – 50 g
- salt, pepper, spices
- herbs – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the thighs and remove the bones.
2. Season with salt and pepper and add spices to taste.
3. Put the meat on the bottom of the mold.
4. Cut the potatoes into strips, mix with grated carrots and onions, and cut into half rings.
5. Season with salt and pepper, add herbs to taste.
6. Put the potato mass on the meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, and make a mesh of mayonnaise on top.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
