Basic fluffy bagels in a hurry: what dough to use
If you want homemade sweet pastries, these bagels are perfect. The dough is made based on cottage cheese, so it will be extremely easy to wrap. The mass is fluffy and cooks very quickly.

Ingredients:
- cheese – 400 g
- butter – 200 g
- flour – 400 g
- baking powder – 2 tsp
- sugar – 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add room-temperature butter and sugar to the cottage cheese.
2. Beat everything with a blender.
3. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the cottage cheese.
4. Knead the soft dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Divide into pieces, roll each one out, and cut into triangles.
6. Roll the bagels and dip each one in sugar.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
