It looks a bit like classic banana pancakes, but it's much easier to prepare. You can eat it for breakfast, tea, or coffee, for a snack, or even give it to your kids – they will appreciate it.
Food blogger Oksana Komashchuk (komashchuk_ksu) shared a recipe for a delicious banana dessert on her Instagram page – a banana in batter that even children can eat.
Ingredients :
- banana – 1 pc
- flour – 2 tbsp
- eggs – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with flour until smooth.
2. Cut the banana into slices.
3. Dip the banana in batter and put it on a dry frying pan. Fry on both sides over low heat.
