Banana cookies for children in 10 minutes: sugar-free baking
If you want to make healthy and dietary cookies that are suitable even for children, banana cookies are a great option. They contain no sugar and no harmful wheat flour. And the baking takes only 10 minutes.
Food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for sugar-free banana cookies that children can eat on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- banana – 1 pc.
- sesame seeds – 5 tbsp.
- whole wheat flour – 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Add sesame seeds and flour to the mashed banana. Stir until smooth.
3. Form cookies using molds.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
