Baked zucchini with spicy sausage: we share a recipe for a spicy dish for lunch

Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that can be used to make many delicious, healthy, hearty, and light dishes. The most popular among them are pancakes, casseroles, salads, pancakes, and caviar.

Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for an original and very satisfying zucchini and sausage dish on his website.

Ingredients:

• sausage – 50 g
• paprika – 1 tsp
• lemon juice – 2 tsp
• chili pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry the zucchini well, cut them into rings 0.7-1 cm thick.

2. Place the zucchini slices in a baking dish.

3. Then sprinkle with paprika and chili flakes.

4. Sprinkle the zucchini with the spices and add thin slices of sausage.

5. Pour lemon juice over the top and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20 minutes.

It is best served hot!
