Baked vegetable salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • eggplants – 2 pcs
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs
  • pepper – 1 pc
  • onion – 1\2 pcs
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
How to bake seasonal vegetables deliciously in the oven
  • oil – 1 tbsp
  • cilantro – 4-5 sprigs

Method of preparation:

1. Brush peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes with oil put on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven until tender.

2. Peel the cooked vegetables and chop them finely.

3. Chop the cilantro and onion. Add to the vegetables.

4. Season with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
