Sweet peppers can be used to make not only adjika and salad but also delicious baked vegetable snacks. For the filling, you can use cheese, vegetables, and herbs.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious sweet pepper appetizer with cheese and nuts on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Red bell peppers – 3 pcs
  • Philadelphia cream cheese – 1 pc
  • Almonds – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Greens

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, and remove the middle. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until soft for about 40 minutes.

2. Place the hot peppers in a bowl and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. After 15-20 minutes, peel off the skin.

3. For the filling: mix cream cheese with nuts and garlic.

4. Put the filling on each pepper half and roll it up. Cut into portions and garnish with herbs.
