  • spices

  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • mushrooms - 200 gr
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • mozzarella - 100 g

Method of preparation

1. First, prepare the filling. Chop the onions and mushrooms, grate the carrots and fry everything in a pan for 5 minutes.

3. Add all the ingredients to the minced meat and mix well.
