Ingredients for cutlets
- minced meat - 600-700 gr
- egg - 1 pc
- salt
- pepper
- spices
- breadcrumbs - 2-3 tbsp
- water - 50 ml
Ingredients for the filling
- carrots - 1 piece
- green onions - 1 bunch
- mushrooms - 200 gr
- salt
- pepper
- oil - 2-3 tbsp
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- mozzarella - 100 g
Method of preparation
1. First, prepare the filling. Chop the onions and mushrooms, grate the carrots and fry everything in a pan for 5 minutes.
2. Add spices and sour cream. Stir.
3. Add all the ingredients to the minced meat and mix well.
4. Form balls and place in a baking dish. Use the bottom of the glass to make a depression like for a cheesecake.
5. Put the filling in the holes and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the cutlets with grated mozzarella and bake for another 5 minutes.
