Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 20 pcs.
Oil for the dish
  • ham/brisket - 100-150 g
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • vegetable/butter
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • salt, pepper, paprika, oregano - to taste
Spices for the dish
  • greens - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Wash potatoes well and boil them in salted water until tender.

2. Cut brisket/ham into small pieces and fry them in a dry pan.

3. Combine grated or crushed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and vegetable or melted butter in a bowl.
