Baked potatoes with chanterelles: a recipe for a hearty dish for lunch and dinner
Potatoes are not only budget-friendly, but also a very tasty vegetable that can be the basis for derunes, casseroles, salads, pies, zrazas. It can also be deliciously stewed with meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
The cook shared in Instagram a recipe for very tasty baked potatoes with mushrooms and sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- young potatoes - 6 pcs.
- chanterelles - 150/200 g
- sour cream - 5 tbsp
- greens (dill/parsley);
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- butter
- spices for potatoes
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash potatoes and chanterelles thoroughly. Make incisions on the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes.
2. Place the potatoes on a baking tray, sprinkle with spices and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.
3- Also boil the chanterelles in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then in a frying pan heat a piece of butter, fry the garlic and then the chanterelles for another 7-10 minutes.
4. For the sauce: mix sour cream with herbs, salt, pepper and dried garlic.
