Baked pollock with frying and marinade: a recipe for a healthy dish

In summer, fish should always be eaten baked or boiled, so you can protect yourself from food poisoning. It is very important to choose fresh fish carefully.

Kulinarkaa shared a recipe for delicious fish with a sour cream and mustard marinade on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pollock carcasses
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large carrot

Marinade:

  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 50 g of French mustard
  • 50 g of soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • fish seasoning (or Italian herbs)

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into pieces.

2. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry the roast.

3. Mix everything for the marinade.

4. Marinate the fish for several hours or leave it overnight, then bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under parchment, adding a browning.
