Baked pollock with frying and marinade: a recipe for a healthy dish

Ingredients:
- 2 pollock carcasses
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
Marinade:
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 100 g of sour cream
- 50 g of French mustard
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- fish seasoning (or Italian herbs)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into pieces.
2. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry the roast.
3. Mix everything for the marinade.
4. Marinate the fish for several hours or leave it overnight, then bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under parchment, adding a browning.
