Baked pepper appetizer: a recipe for a festive table
Sweet peppers are an ideal vegetable for healthy and tasty salads. They can also be used to make delicious warm and cold appetizers, spreads, and sauces.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked peppers with olives, garlic, and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4 red peppers
- black olives (cut in half)
- 1/4 purple onion
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- 20 grams of parsley
- basil (green / purple) to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
2️. After that, put them in a bowl, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes so that the peel can be easily removed.
3. Peel the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut them randomly.
4️. Add the chopped peppers, halved olives, chopped quartered onion, oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, parsley and basil.
5️. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes.
