Ingredients:

  • peach – 3 medium
  • vegan butter or margarine – 1 tbsp

  • cane sugar – 2 tbsp
  • cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • granola – 1/2 cup

Method of preparation:

1. Cut off the top part of the peaches – the lid. Carefully cut out the "cup" with a knife, take out the seeds and pulp, and leave about half a centimeter of the wall.

2. Cut the peach flesh into cubes, throw it into a saucepan with a thick bottom, and add butter and sugar with cinnamon. And keep it on low heat until the peaches are soft.

3. Divide the peaches from the saucepan among the three "cups" and put the granola on top of them.

4. Put the "cups" in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees. It is very convenient to bake peaches in a muffin tin.
