Potatoes are an ideal product that can be prepared in many ways, especially young potatoes. They can be boiled, baked, fried, added to salads, made into pancakes, zrazy, pizza, pie fillings, dumplings, mashed with herbs and spices.

Cook Maria shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious potatoes stuffed with mushrooms and hard cheese, which take only 10 minutes to cook in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • Young potatoes - 10 pcs.

For the filling:

  • champignons - 10 pcs.
  • ham - 100 g
  • cottage cheese - 2-3 tbsp. 
  • green onions and dill - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes well and boil until tender.

2. Filling: chop the ham, mushrooms, and herbs.

3. Fry the mushrooms and ham.

4. Chop the greens and mix them with the cheese in a separate bowl.

5. Finely chop a clove of garlic into a baking dish, add a little butter, and place the potatoes on top. Be sure to press each one down with a spoon.

6. Drizzle the potatoes with oil, and salt, add a pinch of aromatic herbs, and put in the oven for 10 minutes.

7. Take out and put the delicious filling on the potatoes and serve!
