Baked new potatoes with cheese and garlic sauce: the easiest recipe
New potatoes can be deliciously baked with cheese and vegetables, as well as stewed with meat, cooked with vegetable stir-fry, mashed, and cooked in jackets. It's worth noting that you can peel new potatoes in just 2 minutes by adding just 1-2 tbsp of salt and shaking the potatoes well.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very hearty and tasty new potatoes cooked in the oven.
Ingredients:
- young boiled potatoes
- cheese 200-300 g
- butter
- salad yogurt 300 g
- dill
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the new potatoes and boil them in salted water until almost tender.
2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease with oil.
3. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the parchment, then put the halved potatoes on top. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Sauce: mix the salad yogurt, dill, garlic, and spices – mix until smooth.
Take the potatoes out of the oven and serve with the sauce!
