Lard is a very tasty, healthy, and budget-friendly product that should be in everyone's diet and is best eaten raw. It can also be baked, salted, stewed, and fried.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked lard with garlic, mustard, and soy sauce on Instagram.

Recipe for lard

Ingredients:

  • Lard with a layer of meat - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 50 g
  • Strong mustard - 50 g
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Smoked paprika - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the garlic and mix with all the ingredients.

2. Rub the lard with this mixture and marinate. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

3. Wrap in foil and bake at 170 C for an hour and a half.

4. Unwrap the foil and increase the temperature to 200 C. Bake for another 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, let stand for 30 minutes and eat.
