Baked chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese: a very juicy dish

Food blogger Dmytro Bakhtemiev shared this recipe for cooking chicken. On Instagram, he talked about the process of cooking the fillet with tomatoes and cheese. It turns out to be an interesting interpretation of meat in French.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Flour
- Eggs
- White breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
Ingredients for the sauce
- Tomatoes in their own juice
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- Sugar
- Salt
Method of preparation
1.Cut the chicken fillet in half, cover with parchment and roll it out with a rolling pin.
2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Dredge the chicken in flour, then put it in beaten eggs, and then in white breadcrumbs. Put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Prepare the sauce. In a deep bowl, combine the tomatoes in their own juice, dried garlic, sugar and salt.
5. Fry the chicken in a frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown.
6. Put the chicken fillet on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Top with the sauce and grated cheese.
7. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
